My husband and I contacted several attorneys before hiring Kuck Immigration. We were always discouraged about our case until we were referred to Kuck. All employees were very positive, reassuring and took a personal interest in our family and our case. Within 18 months of our first meeting, my husband was able to return home as a legal, permanent resident. Thanks to Kuck Immigration our family no longer has to worry about being separated. We are looking forward to using them again in 3 years for his citizenship paperwork. Thank you so much! We couldn't have done it without you guys!!

I was recommended to David Baxter from a friend who he helped out from getting deported. So when my husband was detained, I made an appointment for a consultation of $300. He listened to my situation and gave me the best advice for us to do for my husband not to be deported. I must say, My case was difficult because I have been married to my husband for 9 years and we have 2 special needs children, and needed him to be here. Sad to say, I had hire and fired 3 immigration attorneys before I was recommeded to him. Because the other attorneys were taking my money, and I was the one doing all the work, and they still told me to let him get deported. They other lawyers were NOT helpful at all. I'm glad I found out about David Baxter, because he was and still have been helpful to me and my family. Also My husband had a lot of charges that he was guilty of and he still did not get deported, thanks to David. I love the fact he is :
2.Compassionate to your situation
3. Speaks Spanish fluently
4.He emails and contact you immediately, (and sometime she has contacted me back during the weekend).
5. He tells you straight forward what to expect, and the best way to resolve it.
I would recommend David Baxter to anyone.

After my consultation, I never got a hold of him. I left message after message and no call back. I would not recommend him at all. They quickly make you an appointment and take 200.00 from you after that he will not help you.
