Birth Certificate Amendment/Family Law
Mrs. Hanea helped me resolve an issue regarding my son's birth certificate. Because of an error on it, the passport agency responsible for renewing passports refused to let me renew his expired passport. I hired Mrs. Hanea (for the third time, she represented me with an immigration case, and a bankrupty case, both with great results) to see what my options were. She promised a good result, and that is what I got. She was able to research the literature behind the family laws in the state of GA, and provided real life cases of similar cases to mine. With all that information she came up with, we took it and sent it to the passport agency, hoping that it was enough to be able to renew it. Sure enough, it was exactly what they needed and we obtained our wanted results. A renewed passport! Without Mrs. Hanea, our chances were slim to be able to get it. Thank you so much Mrs. Hanea, your help was tremendous for us.

Bankruptcy Attorney, Choose Mrs. Hanea!
Mrs Hanea was my bankruptcy attorney for my chapter 7 discharge. She handled the case with complete knowledge, knew exactly what she was doing, and she worked very hard to get me the results I needed. She always kept me informed of how the case was progressing, and let me know exactly what I needed to do as a debtor, step by step. Any questions I had for her, she was just a phone call or an e-mail away. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a dependable and trustworthy attorney.

Raluca recently helped us navigate through the process of applying for a green card for my wife. We found her business online and went to her when we had doubts about our specific situation. We were very satisfied with her work in helping us prepare all of our documents for our file to send to the USCIS and in helping us prepare for the interview. Plus, her pricing seemed very fair and reasonable compared to other options in the area. We would, and do, recommend her to our friends and acquaintances.

Top notch immigration lawyer!
Mrs. Hanea is a wonderful lawyer. Not only is she extremely professional and knowledgeable, but she's also there for her clients emotionally. She relates to each and every one of her cases on a personal level. She knows the immigration laws, and does whatever she can to work the case out in your favor. Whether you want to get your legal documents in order to become a legal permanent resident, or a US citizen, Mrs. Hanea does all she can to help you achieve those wants. In our specific case, we had to deal with immigration jail and deportation, and Mrs. Hanea did all she could for my husband and our family to help us out. I highly recommend her and am confident that she will do an amazing job for all her future clients!

Glad I hired Hanea Law Firm
Mrs. Hanea knows what she is doing. I am glad I went to her with some immigration issue. If i have done it on my own, I would have filled the wrong form (thinking for sure this is the correct form) and would have been denied, not knowing why. I would have paied more than double doing it on my own. Trust her, she knows her stuff. I am glad to have her as my lawyer.
