I waited for more than a year to hear back from USCIS regarding to my naturalization case - they were very delayed in getting me an answer when applying for US Citizenship (N-400) and then appealing of a decision (N-336). Mrs. Claffey did an excellent Job. She filed my case in Federal Court and explain to me all the procedures and always answered any questions I had. The professional advice and support I received from Kuck Immigration Partners was more than I could ever ask for. In less than 60 days after Mrs. Claffey filed my case I got an answer from USCIS and I become a US Citizen. The Honesty of Danielle and her hard work of her team is reflected in the benefit of her clients as it did to me. I sure recommend Kuck Immigration Partners to anyone that needs a professional and very honest legal advice in any Immigration issues.

I called Kuck Immigration on October 26, 2012 the day my husband was detained by ICE. I knew I needed a great attorney to win our case, but what I got with Danielle Conley was the best! From day one she has been completely honest and upfront with me. Immigration law is very complex and Danielle helped me to understand it more. Danielle would always return my emails and phone calls (there were thousands) with in a timely manner, usually right away. My husband was originally ordered admin deportation and she had it cancelled. She submitted our I-130, which was approved as well as the final hearing (601) which we won. My husband was detained for 16 days shy of one year and Danielle was there every step of the way. I can say without a doubt, Danielle is the reason my husband is home with us today! I recommend Danielle with complete confidence knowing she will fight hard for your case/family as she did mine.

She takes every worry off your back in that she s thoroughly informed with immigration matters. Let me be honest. I was arrested and detained by ice for violation of status in Detroit Michigan. I was bonded out by an attorney in Detroit and hired Kuck immigration yo take over my case. Danielle was assigned and was able yo transfer the venue to Atlanta from Detroit two days before the court date. My master hearing in Atlanta didn't last 10 minutes and given a final hearing on dec 4th today. While dressing up to go to court she called and informed me I didn't have to go my case has been closed on prosecution discretion. She's familiar with immigration.

Danielle is simply great at what she does! She is very respected by clients and peers alike. Her knowledge is matched by her zealous desire to give clients the best representation possible. I would trust Danielle with my own case.
