Excellent Lawyer

After years of trying to adjust my status, looking for lawyers and spending money doing consultations me and husband always got our case rejected because it was “complicated”. By coincidence my husband ran into Lino and we went there exactly a year ago and did our consultation. I was surprised by the way he treated us so friendly and professional at the same time that he said he was going to take my case, to be honest I was super stressed out since I was rejected by other lawyers so many times but I remember he said that if I was one of his family members he would’ve said to me to do it. His encouragement convinced me to go for it and let me tell you everything happened so fast and stress free that within a year I got my permanent residency!!!! Everything that he said about the process was true. His services and his staff are very professional and very kind people that never ignored our calls nor questions and didn’t make you feel uncomfortable about calling over and over. I would recommend his services to anyone that needs a good lawyer to work on their immigration cases. With Lino you would not only get an excellent lawyer but you will have a friend working with you in every step of the way and afterwards. Looking forward to work again with him for my citizenship. Excellent person, knowledgeable lawyer

Firstly, Lino is one of the nicest guys I've ever met. He is easy going and hospitable. Every meeting with him was like meeting with an old friend. Great experience!

My husband and I had an excellent experience with Rodriguez Immigration. Lino was always helpful and knowledgeable. Lino laid everything out for us in the consultation and explained how the entire process should go. We never felt out of the loop during the duration of the case or as if we were "just another file." I look forward to working with Lino in the future and will recommend him whenever possible. Great all around.

Professional, personal, & actually gives a damn!

LINO RODRIGUEZ was our attorney for more than 2 yrs and has helped us get my husband his residency in 2017. From day one he expressed his sincere dedication to helping our case. Since then we have always been known by name and treated professionally AND personally. Lino always explained EVERY detail of every step we were talking and made sure we did not feel like we were in the dark. He Always answered questions and calls even on days off. His whole staff made us feel like family and made sure that we felt at peace throughout the whole process. Everything Lino told us would happen, HAPPENED. Outstanding

Lino is an incredibly knowledgeable immigration attorney and he makes it a point to be available to his clients. He is honest and hardworking and he does not claim to know all the answers without researching them first. He is always friendly, and always smiling, which made our experience working with him most positive. Thanks to Lino, my husband became a lawful permanent resident, and is looking forward to becoming a naturalized citizen. You'll Never Walk Alone

My wife and I went to Attorney Lino Rodriguez after two interviews with USCIS and a NOID (Notice Of Intend to Deny). We were referred to him by another attorney who couldn't take our case because we hadn't file with his office initially. Mr. Rodriguez and his staff including the always smiling Paul, the gentle Victor, and Lino's adorable Wife helped us through the NOID process. You know your attorney is on your side when he can totally relate to your situation. Lino share with us about the time when half of his high school class was undocumented immigrants. In Law School he knew he wanted to specialize in immigration law so he could do something about that situation. He went on to work for the Catholic Immigration Charity before opening his own Immigration Firm. I remember Lino bridging the snow storm that hit Atlanta a few years ago to pick some documents from us so we can meet a dateline. A reliable friend would do that, not a lawyer. In the end, after 4 years and 3 interviews with USCIS, our I-130 was approved. I strongly recommend this attorney and this Law firm. They will not let you walk alone!

Simply, the BEST!

Very Honest

Lino is an amazing lawyer he helped us a lot and was very honest from the very beginning. At first we were a little nervous, but as the process was moving he kept telling us that everything would be alright and made us feel more comfortable. My husband is now a resident and thanks to Lino the process was so much easier. His assistant Paul is also very helpful and was extremely patient with us from the beginning as well. Trustworthy, supportive, and knowledgeable

My spouse and I consulted with Lino and his firm for help with attaining an I-601A waiver. Everyone we worked with was very helpful and supportive. After we discussed our situation, Lino explained what we needed to do and the potential difficulties. He was very specific as to what we needed to do, and we were able to gather the documentation and supporting facts. With Lino's help, our I-601A waiver was approved and we are now awaiting our appointment to consular process. Lino and his firm are guiding us through those steps as well.
