We were extremely pleased with the services provided by Briant. We had spent several frustrating months trying to work with insurance companies directly and finally gave up and called Briant after a friend recommended him. He spent a lot of time listening to us and answered all our questions clearly ...and concisely then explained what we were entitled to and how he would work to see that accomplished. He stayed in touch with us and let us know how things were progressing or not progressing. I was amazed at the settlement he negotiated with our insurance company and I'm very grateful for his efforts on our behalf. I have recommended him to several friends and will continue to do so.

It give me great pleasure to write this review. Honestly I hired the firm in 2009 via phone and from day 1 Lisa Segal was very responsive and caring to my needs. My case is a little different considering I'm a resident of Chicago and I needed Atlanta representation. All of my interaction with the fir...m was handled via phone and mail. Lisa Segal was simply wonderful she kept me in the loop every step of the way. If I had questions they were answered so I could understand, considering I know nothing about the legal world. Lawsuits are very frustrating but when you have top notch representation working for you it truly helps ease some of your worries. This firm goes over and beyond the call of duty. I didn't bother them much since I was always being informed of filings and court dates. I knew Lisa was working hard for me! I must say I grew anxious and was often questioned "how is your case going"? They haven't paid you yet which only escalated my frustration. After multiple calls, long days and hard work Lisa calls with great news and says we've WON. When I received the call at work the case was won I was overjoyed. However it was not over yet after the victory we had another hurdle getting paid. Now my new Attorney Briant Mildenhall comes aboard and explains what his role going forward will be to get us the check! The frustration level escalates because I've already won why not pay up! My 75 year old mother who lives with me was involved in a motor vehicle accident a few years ago. She suffered severe injury to her back. It was a very challenging time in our lives and we had no idea where to turn, so I took to the internet and entered a few information and questions about her ac...cident.
