Additionally I represent parties in Georgia Department of Labor unemployment compensation appeals throughout the State of Georgia. Also, I have an active practice in the field of mediation throughout the country.

Jack is incredibly thorough, yet to the point. He will not waste your time (or his quite frankly) if he does not believe your claim is valid and warranted. Not worth your time
I contacted Mr. Rosenberg about representation for a whistle blower action, and he was more concerned of who was working there than he was about the issue. He never told me he would not take the case, look into it further, he just hurried me off the phone.

Replied last September 21, 2018With all due respect to Jon, I recall that I told him that I thought he had no whistle blower case. However, in every call that I decline I ask the caller if they would like me to send them the list of attorneys that the EEOC compiles for him to get a second opinion. He declined apparently upset that I told him that he had no case. It is very difficult for someone who has been fired to be told and accept that they have no case against their former employer. However, it is not necessary to take out their frustration on the attorney who has spent their time trying to help. I guess no good deed goes unpunished.

Replied last May 28, 2018Again, very sad that a competitor or hater is jealous of me being the highest rated employment attorney on AVVO, my terrific customer service, satisfied clients, and outstanding reviews, and posts these flaming reviews. This is not even someone I know as I return 100% of my calls w/in 24 hours and work on contingency 95% of the time. Further, if I charge I produce a product at the time of payment. Also, I constantly communicate with my clients with e-mails and have never had a vacation for weeks. The reviews I have received are actual reviews from clients who are honest and reliable. It is also sad that when you call AVVO to complain about these non-clients posting flaming reviews, and PROVE that this could not be a client, all AVVO does is ask them if they were a client. Of course what is the poster going to say, and they lie that they were a client! AVVO should go deeper and ask them more to prove they are not a client. Oh well.
