A well seasoned family law attorney!

Atty Coleman has represented me on 3 separate occasions, and fortunately, we prevailed each time. Coleman is poised, knowledgeable and most importantly, PREPARED! She always had a thorough knowledge of the case history and was able to address critical and specific matters in real time (vs circling back to confirm w/ me). This approach was very impressive and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a polished and well-prepared family law attorney.

Great Lawyer

She got my custody of my son

I owe Mrs. Coleman everything! My son's mother was about to run off to another state with my son and Mrs. Coleman was not only able to stop her from leaving, but she also got me custody of my son. Everyone told me it wasn't possible and that I would never get custody in Georgia, even other attorneys, but she did. I definitely recommend her.

Professionalism at its Best

The most knowledgeable attorney I know. Mrs. Coleman is the best. Dealing with insurance companies can be nerve-racking but with Mrs. Coleman by your side, they don't have a chance.

Could Not be More Pleased

Ms. Coleman is a top attorney. She knows the law and is experienced in the courtroom. She represented me in a custody case. We did everything we could to resolve the case at mediation, but my children's father was beyond unreasonable. When it came time for trial she took all the worry away. We were prepared for war. Ms. Coleman had already anticipated every tactic that he was going to come at her with! We walked out of there with everything I asked for.

Child custody

Ms. Coleman represented me in a paternity case of my daughter. She put my daughter's needs first. With her help we came to an agreement on me having primary custody and her dad getting visitation. I finally got child support. He wanted joint custody and that just wasn't what was going to be best for my daughter at this young age. Now that this is behind us, we can work together for what's best for my baby girl.

Excellent attorney

I had an excellent experience with Ms. Coleman. She represented me in my divorce case. At trial, we were awarded everything that I asked for. My husband played dirty throughout the process. But Ms. Coleman got the court to see through all of those games he played.

Just what I needed

I can not say enough good things about Ms. Coleman. She took over my case from another attorney and we were finally able to get this matter behind us. The case had previously stalled for more than a year. She's an excellent trial attorney. I'm so glad we found her.

A Life Saver!

After experiencing a nightmare when I was stopped for a minor traffic violation and discovered there was an outstanding warrant for my arrest, as soon as I got out on bail and figured out what the charges were for I contacted Ellaretha to represent me. She was able to get the case dismissed and I was able to get the bail I paid back in full. She was comforting, knowledgeable and reasonable in terms of cost. I didn't even have to go to court or deal with the matter any further once I hired her. Based on the responses I received when I tried to handle it on my own before involving her and the results she got, I'm sure she is highly respected by Fulton County prosecutors and that she fought hard for me. Not all cases and situations are the same, my situation was basically a clerical error, but I would confidently hire her again for any legal matter involving her expertise. She is the best and in my case, a definite life saver!

Divorce

I hired Ms coleman for my divorce case. My husband and I was not in no agreement on nothing. But Ms. Coleman made sure I get everything I needed I was very satisfied with her work. I would hired her again if I need her in anything else

Custody Case

I hired Ms. Coleman when I was served with custody papers from my child's father. This was the scariest time of my life but she was amazing. She got me an award of child support and I kept custody of my son. Im so glad the nightmare is finally over. She held my hand every step of the way.

Divorce

Mrs Coleman was very helpful in my divorce she explained everything so I can understand them she made me feel like she actually cared how I felt and how it turned out. That meant alot to me prayfuly I will never need a lawyer again but if I do I will most definitely hire her

Wonderful Divorce Attorney

Ellaretha made the process as easy as it could possibly be. Continued to keep me abreast with updates. I did not have to appear in court ever nor did my ex; which was a blessing to not have to use vacation days to sit around in court.

Divorce lawyer

Ms. Jones represented me in my divorce case. My husband was a total a**, but Ms. Jones fought tooth and nail to get me everything I deserved. When it was all said and done, I got alimony, retirement funds and cash in hand. You won't go wrong with attorney jones.

Great attorney

Ms. Jones represented me in my examination under oath. She made sure I was fully prepared and made a scary situation better. She got all my documents together for the insurance company and I did not have to worry about a thing. I'm so glad this whole process is finally over. stolen car claim

Ms. Jones represented me when my car was stolen. My insurance company refused to pay the claim and did not give me a rental car. Ms. Jones got involved and quickly got my claim settled. They paid off my loan and now I have a new car. I hope I never need her again, but if I do I won't wait so long to call again.

divorce case

I hired Ms. Jones to handle my divorce case. Me and my wife had kids but nothing else. She made sure our divorce was resolved quickly and I have ample time with my kids. My wife tried to drag things out to be spiteful, but after Ms. Jones aggressively pursued the case, she folded and moved on.
