Biography
As a member of one of the noblest of the public service professions, I care and believe that every person who needs some type of legal service, whether it be mere legal advice, drafting of a simple will or deed, or legal representation in a matter, deserves the best. With my years of experience working in government and the private sector, and in various areas of law, ranging from criminal to personal injury, family law to probate, real estate to contracts, trials to appellate work, I bring a wealth of knowledge, training, and experience to the table. And, as I have had to work hard for what I have achieved, I know what perseverance and tolerance of less than ideal circumstances can bring to a person if they wait long enough.

Excellent Attorney
I hired Mr. Rice to assist in my divorce and he was phenomenal. Very efficient, speedy response times, and showed a true dedication to his client. I would not suggest any areas of improvement, only to say that he is an amazing lawyer! I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Helped with my will
I contacted Mr Rice to help with my will. I did not know how to write a will. He told the steps that would need to be done and gave me a little bit of prep work. Then he prepared the actual will. I then got it notarized. Done! It was easy and fast! Thanks Mr Rice!!

Excellent Attorney
Mr. Rice is an attorney who cares about his clients. He listened to our concerns and made sure they were all addressed. I was amazed at how quickly and accurately our wills were prepared. I highly recommend Mr. Rice and can't thank him enough for his service.

Re-write wills for multiple family mambers
Mr. Rice handled a re-write of wills for several family members at one time. He listened to the concerns of all and offered sound advise on how to construct each will so it would stand any legal challange. I would have no problem recomending him in estate planning and preperation.
