Before explaining my case upon reading some of the excellent comments they have been completely fabricated and fictious. I strongly believe she had someone put those comments up. I was over charged for a simple non-contested divorce. Ms. Jones was pitiful in returning calls, she stayed on vacation, just very poor handling of case. I would never recommend her to anyone. Thoroughly read through those comments because she does not do her best to represent you she takes your money and go on vacation buy time and if they got to find your spouse you better make sure you work with her half way because she will definitely use that as an excuse to go on vacation, not a good attorney honestly.

Ms. Coleman represented me in a paternity case of my daughter. She put my daughter's needs first. With her help we came to an agreement on me having primary custody and her dad getting visitation. I finally got child support. He wanted joint custody and that just wasn't what was going to be best for my daughter at this young age. Now that this is behind us, we can work together for what's best for my baby girl.

I had an excellent experience with Ms. Coleman. She represented me in my divorce case. At trial, we were awarded everything that I asked for. My husband played dirty throughout the process. But Ms. Coleman got the court to see through all of those games he played.

I can not say enough good things about Ms. Coleman. She took over my case from another attorney and we were finally able to get this matter behind us. The case had previously stalled for more than a year. She's an excellent trial attorney. I'm so glad we found her.

After experiencing a nightmare when I was stopped for a minor traffic violation and discovered there was an outstanding warrant for my arrest, as soon as I got out on bail and figured out what the charges were for I contacted Ellaretha to represent me. She was able to get the case dismissed and I was able to get the bail I paid back in full. She was comforting, knowledgeable and reasonable in terms of cost. I didn't even have to go to court or deal with the matter any further once I hired her. Based on the responses I received when I tried to handle it on my own before involving her and the results she got, I'm sure she is highly respected by Fulton County prosecutors and that she fought hard for me. Not all cases and situations are the same, my situation was basically a clerical error, but I would confidently hire her again for any legal matter involving her expertise. She is the best and in my case, a definite life saver!

Unfortunate for me my post divorce issues linger on, but the fortunate part is that I'm in the Very Capable hands of Attorney Coleman. She's fair, friendly, knows the law and has represented me well over the past several years. I know I can count on her to represent me and knowing that makes me continue to use her services and gives me added peace of mind.

I hired Ms. Coleman when I was served with custody papers from my child's father. This was the scariest time of my life but she was amazing. She got me an award of child support and I kept custody of my son. Im so glad the nightmare is finally over. She held my hand every step of the way.

I wish I read her reviews before I retained her. All the negative reviews you all are reading is exactly to the T what I went through! I had a DUI case first time in court and needing a lawyer. She never returned my phone calls and emails and only got in contact with me when it came to money. I saved our emails and you can see she never replied. She is very sloppy and especially being an African American women myself I thought she would be a little more put together. That should have been my first sign! When I was finally convicted she assured me I would be fine claiming NOLO. The judge shot down that request and Jones just stood there in awe she gave up she didn't try to fight for me at all and I even told her that! I literally cried I paid her with money I do not have and she did nothing for me. I would have gotten the same results with a public defender! You can tell how upset I am with her because my case was done back in June and dealing with her haunts me so much so I just had to find a place to write a review. I don't doubt that SOME of the positive reviews are true...she wouldn't be in business if she was that bad. But I personally had a horrible experience, would never recommend her or trust her with my case. Save your money and RUNNNNN!
