Awesome Result

I have never been in any kind of trouble with the law. When I was pulled over for illegal tint a rural area in North GA. One thing led to another and I totally panicked when the officer asked me to blow. I was not even drinking and I said no which was so stupid. I am so petrified around the blues and... basically had a panic attack at the time that I was pulled over and then arrested with a few hours being in jail, first time ever. I of course totally regret that I did not blow since I was not even drinking. Unfortunately GA law states that if you decline the breathalyzer and blood then you are automatically guilty no matter what. Which to GA this is a big money maker for them to have this law in place which most people do not know about. However I did have an unbelievable outcome! After months of stressing and praying it finally came to an end with very little damage. I would highly recommend him to everyone. He is very knowledgeable and trained for these cases. You can tell from his attitude that it seems that this is his passion. He was also very caring since he knew I was having a very difficult time already prior to being pulled over then of course after the arrest I was just a mess. It did bring a tear in my eye when we got the word that some charges were dismissed then the main charge of DUI got reduced to reckless driving with very little probation and at that it is a non-reporting probation. I was so relieved, words just can't express how I felt. Than you Tom!

Best lawyer ever

Thomas was very direct and consistent with what the outcome of my case would become. The exspirience was very difficult, the service was informative.The outcome was definitely in my favor, thanks for everything Thomas.

The Man to hire....

If you are ever in the need for a straight forward, iron clad, charismatic attorney that gets results Atty Thomas Barton is the man. I hired him to arrange a plea deal for me in Clayton county, but Tom went the extra mile. See I was charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to sell and was... for sure facing some jail time. Mr Barton reviewed my case prepared and convincingly swayed the judge to rule in my favor. Illegal stop and seizure. CASE DISMISSED!

Out of State

Being from out of state, approximatly 3,000 miles, Thomas Scott Barton set out our goal & yes, achieved it together. I didnt know all the state laws. With an experienced lawyer, like Thomas Scott Barton, i was comfortable with his knowledge and desicions, and scope of work. He even assisted to my out... of state and worked with them. He went above and beyond to get our goal. His experience in the courtroom shined. These are just some of the highlights why i choose him, and will again if i ever need to.
