Excellent Attorney

Mr. Ausband is an excellent lawyer. He fought the insurance company all the way to the trial and when they would not offer a fair settlement, Mr. Ausband tried the case and the jury awarded over $3 million dollars against the other driver and his insurance company.

When it comes to trucking accidents, you want Andy on your side!

Andy walked my wife and I through a grueling two year ordeal after my wife was rear ended by a tractor trailer and suffered back and neck injuries. A business associate referred us to Andy, and hiring him was the best decision we made throughout the process. My wife's injuries proved to be more ser...ious than we first thought. Andy guided us through the process and patiently waited for my wife's injuries to be fully diagnosed and her prognosis to be fully determined by her doctors before making a settlement demand on the insurance company. He rebuffed early offers by the insurance company to settle for amounts he knew would not be fair if my wife's injuries turned out to be more serious. He encouraged us to be patient through the process. Fortunately, because of Andy's experience and good reputation, the insurance company had to keep increasing their settlement offer in light of my wife's more serious injuries. We were able to reach a very satisfactory settlement without going to trial. We could not have been more pleased with the work Andy did for us. We highly recommend his firm to anyone who has been injured in a trucking accident!

Great Lawyer!

We hired Mr. Ausband to help us with our car accident and made the right choice! He got us a settlement that far exceeded our expectations! !
