Thomas Barton, and his assistant was very helpful towards my Dui, giving me the best advice towards my case. Jumped right on it, and was there to answer all questions at all times. I was very impressed with the results of my case, and would strongly recommend his firm to anyone! A1 service

Was very helpful and informative!

For me a lawyer mainly has two jobs, one is to get you the best outcome possible for your case, and your choice. The second is to explain and keep you informed as to what is happening and what is going to happen. The second of which is the most comforting part, because being informed and knowing wh...at is going on is what makes the entire situation far less stressful. Mr. Barton is top notch in both parts and his paralegal Amy Kelly is amazing, every time I tried to contact one of them I received a response immediately, including texts and them answering calls to their cell phones. Top notch all the way, you will not be disappointed!

Tom Is Good At What He Does

At my pre-trial, th bailiff was standing next to and when he figured out Tom was my lawyer during calendar call he leaned over and said, "you've got a good one." There were 8 or 10 lawyers in the court room and I knew my was the best. Tom manages expectations by under promising and over delivering. H...e is upfront and honest about the risks of the case, most lawyers just turn into salesmen and promise you anything just so they can get your money. That's not Tom, he not only cares about your case, but you as a person and wants to see you thrive.

Good services. Def recommend

I hired Tom after I was release for an arrest for DUI Of MJ. Toms assistant Amy was very time officiant when dealing with my request, Very informative. I was able to get copies of all paperwork nessesary, including the toxology report in which was Negative. DA wanted to charge reckless driving. Case ...was DISMISSED, and I did not even have to attend any hearings. Tom is very knowlegable with his line of work and will tell you exactly what will need to be done and also doesn't sugar coat anything.
