Bubba Head

If you are looking for a Lawyer that cares about you than the money. You should hire “Bubba Head “. I had hired another Attorney that gave me little to no hope of winning my case. After a pre- consultation with Mr. Head. He gave me free advice to help assist my Attorney. Upon realizing Mr. Head’s exp...ertise. I decided to release my Attorney and hire him. Mr. Head went to bat for me and had my charges reduced to a lesser offense. Mr. Head is one of the hardest working Attorneys out there and he will work hard for you. In closing , Mr. Head I just want to say thank you. I will never be able to to express my gratitude.

I fully endorse Bubba Head.

You will not find a more experienced attorney who will get you the best possible outcome in your case than Bubba Head. A very well respected attorney in Atlanta referred me to him for my personal injury claim resulting from being rear ended in a car accident. My case was complicated and Bubba knew ho...w to navigate through the multiple layers. Ultimately, Bubba wrote a masterful Holt demand letter that included all of the details of the incident and resulted in the company granting our full request. Besides being the most competent attorney you can hire he is the most compassionate attorney you will find. He understood the nature of my injuries as well as the associated stress of the accident and was supportive throughout the process of my recovery.

Highly Recommended

I was referred to William Head because I am out of state- I could not have been more pleased. I am young, had many questions and was very concerned. He treated me as a person, not just another case. I knew he wanted the best for me. He was very supportive and encouraged me in life situations as well ...as legal situations. He met with me and explained everything to me in detail and told me step by step what I needed to do to make sure my case was handled. He followed up with me after the case just checking on me, still encouraging me to do the right thing. William Head was very personal, professional and I could not be more pleased with the way my case was handled. I am so appreciative and would refer anyone to him!

William C. Head saved my life

Bubba Head saved my life. He has been my attorney, supporter, and, friend for many years. I can’t express how much Bubba has meant to my entire family. I am a chronic alcoholic. Over the years, I have received 6 DUI's......today I have 2 on my record. Thank God, I was given the honor of retaining ...Bubba as my attorney. He immediately took control! My situation was terrible. I attended rehabs all over the country. The disease of alcoholism was too powerful for me to control. In 2012, I received 2 DUI's in two weeks (Cobb County). I was so sick at the time. My body was shutting down. I had lost 30 lbs. I was literally, all skin and bones (90 lbs.) My skin was falling off....so thin, and black and blue. I had lost my hair, fingernails, and toenails. When I went to see Bubba, I could barely walk. He, basically, carried me down the stairs to his office. I was dying. Bubba's advice was to get me into a rehab immediately. When I arrived at La Paloma in Memphis, I tried to use the payphone and my ulcer burst. There was blood all over me, the floor, and, the walls. I died in the ambulance. All I remember is the ambulance driver saying "We got her back. We almost lost her". Thank God, I was in a safe place with nurses, doctors and an ambulance! That was the situation because of Bubba's knowledge, direction, and personal interest in my life. I was in La Paloma for a month. Following, I attended a Sober Living in California for over 6 months. My body and mind healed. I returned home to enter the DUI court program. This was my last option, and, a positive one. It was the structure that I needed. After 8 rehabs, I finally, got sober. It was a tough program, but, it worked. Throughout my road to sobriety, Bubba has been there for my family and me 24/7. Never ONCE did he not return a call, answer an email or treat me like I was just "another client". Honestly, my Dad and I felt like we were his no.1 priority all the time. Without Bubba's expertise, brilliance, and personal care, I would not be here today. He truly cares about his client's and their lives. This is because he is a good, honest man with a big heart. It goes without saying that he is a genius! To this day, we stay in touch:) Bubba is always spoken of in a heartfelt way when I am home visiting my Dad. My Dad comments " what would we have done without Bubba? I would not have my daughter...". As a permanent "member of our family", we thank God for sending us Bubba Head.

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"Without a doubt, William "Bubba" Head is in my opinion the best DUI/DWI attorney in the country. Bubba has a mastery of the law and the science behind DUI defense. He has written more articles on this area of the law that anybody I know. What is equally impressive to me is his dedication to not only defending those accused of driving while intoxicated but also his dedication to teaching other lawyers in the same area. When I first decided that I wanted to work almost exclusively in the area of DWI/DUI defense I went to Atlanta for one of Bubba's seminars. Here I was a young lawyer who Bubba no more knew than the man on the moon. Yet he personally sat down with me at dinner and discussed areas of defense like he had known me for years. I will never forget not only his kindness but his desire for me to succeed. If I had a DWI and could pick anybody in the country to defend me I would pick Bubba."

"In my opinion, Mr. Head is the best DUI lawyer in the nation, and probably on Earth. I know him through the many, many DUI defense trainings he has given to teach other lawyers how to do what he does. I am blessed to have learned so much from him. His lawyering skills are only surpassed by his compassion and caring for his clients that is so evident in the way he talks about his clients. I am truly inspired by his greatness, in the courtroom and out."

"William "Bubba" Head is in a class of his own. In my mind, he is the most talented DUI defense lawyer in the country. Simply put, no lawyer knows more about the law, strategy, and tactics of DUI defense work. But equally important, he is trustworthy and willing to give advice to use “regular guys.” This says a lot about his impeccable character. Not only do I endorse Bubba, I have referred many clients to him over the years. He is one of a kind!"

"When I was in law school, I helped found and served as President of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association Student Chapter. During my presidency, the other officers and I decided we would bring the very best trial lawyers in America to speak at our school. So we got to work, researched and compiled a short list of the five best trial lawyers in America. The trial lawyers on this list ranged from the top trial lawyer in the State of Texas---a man who literally brought $100 billion dollar pharmaceutical companies to their knees---to the most famous trial lawyer in the Northeast---a man whose cases have been made into major Hollywood blockbusters. These were guys who flew in on private jets and paid for lunch with black American Express cards. Collectively, their net worth pushed uptowards $2 billion. On that short list was William C. "Bubba" Head. No lawyer in the State of Georgia has won more jury trials than Mr. Head. I wholeheartedly endorse him for any case in litigation."

"Georgia DWI laws can carry consequences of great magnitude, including prison time. Choosing the right lawyer can be a trying experience. Because not all lawyers are trained the same, it is important to hire a lawyer who is qualified to navigate the various and complex issues which may arise in a DWI/DUI prosecution. However, if you are charged with DWI/DUI in Georgia you are in luck. You have William "Bubba" Head ready and willing to defend you. Mr. Head is not just one of the best in Georgia, he is considered one of the best, if not the best, in the United States. I highly recommend Mr. Head above all other recommendations."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
