Narcotics officers observe client leaving house they were surveilling. They suspected client had bought Marijuana. Officer stopped client’s car for not using a turn signal. Officers found 7lbs of Mar ... ijuana. I moved to suppress this evidence because of an illegal stop. Client had turned right at a “T” intersection with a dedicated right turn lane controlled by a light. No turn signal was required per Georgia Law. Instead of years in prison client went home to his family.
