Mr. Reed was very excellent in handling my case, and he has AMAZING fees for his services!! I HIGHLY recommend him to ANYONE!!!
His firm replies to e-mails and phone calls in a very good timely manner!
He helped get my speeding ticket out of the Super Speeder limits, and therefore, a lower fine in the process!!!!
God Bless Mr. Reed I and my dad are forever thankful for your services and you representing me!!!!

Mr. Reed took a lot of time in having my case dropped from 2 misdeamors to only 1. He was also able to cut in half everything the prosecution laid out concerning a plea. He never made me feel like I was being rushed. He took as much time as I needed whenever we met. He is one of a kind in my opinion.

My husband and I were desperate to hire an attorney to represent him with traffic tickets-two driving on suspended tickets. Received mailer from this law firm and called Mr. Reed on a Sunday for a Weds court date. My husband explained to Mr. Reed that he did not have a valid license and was afraid that he was facing a felony and potentially prison time. Mr. Reed and my husband agreed on a very decent fee agreement and I brought it to his office in Canton the next day and met Amber his paralegal who was so professional. Needless to say we needed Mr. Reed's office to obtain a few continuances to give us time for my husband to get a valid license. Mr. Reed was able to get both of the DWSL tickets handled - one was dismissed and the other was reduced to driving w/o license on person. The judge and solicitor wanted me to serve 10 days in jail and Mr. Reed was able to get the charges reduced, minimal speeding fine, minimal court costs and I walked out of probate court. Excellent outcome!

Brad runs an great practice. His staff is very attentive as is he.
Our case was handled very professionally, no questions were too small for him to take time to answer.
I would recommend Brad Reed in the Cherokee County area of Georgia, He garners much respect from his peers in the courtroom.

Mr Reed and Ms Marsh are amazing!! I never thought a simple traffic ticket could turn into something so big. I was facing almost 8 months worth of jail time for a traffic violation and probation violation. but with the Reed team on my side I walked into court expecting the worst and came out with the best possible solution. Payed a minor fine and they even terminated the remainder of my probation!! Thank you so much!!!

Brad did a very thorough job on my case... his team did all the research necessary to present the case and was able to successfully win a jury trial in my favor. I would recommend him to anyone in need of legal representation.

I could go on about how nice he is and how responsive he is to my needs. But, in the end, you probably are asking the same question everyone asks, "What do he get you out of?" or "How much can he get it reduced?" Because honestly we are here (whether we are guilty or not) to get our fines reduced and keep our privileges.
The first case that I used Mr. Reed he was hired as a court appointed attorney. The case was a Violation of Probation with 11 or 30 days served, 7 months probation and $800 remaining. On my court date, at the stand I didnt say a single word and Mr. Reed at most spoke 4 sentences. My case was dismissed for time served (11 days) and i was released later that day off of probation and no fines remaining. :)
The second case I actually hired Mr. Reed for a No Insurance ticket. This would have been my third 'no insurance' offense. I went to my arraignment day prior to hiring him. They wanted to suspend my license for 3 months and charge me $745 (Holly Springs) for the ticket. I asked for a jury trial to extend my time and get it bumped down to State Court. I then called Mr. Reed to save the day! After emailing Mr. Reed some required documents, we waited for the court date. At court I sat and waited for role call. When they called my name, Mr. Reed asked to talk to the prosecutor before the trial. He then went and talked for a minute or two and then proceeded to walk to the door and nodded for me to follow. Once we were out the door he told me that the case was dismissed and I was able to head home.
On my last case, I had a SuperSpeeder of 23 over. I did not get to witness any of his magic in person this time, just a phone call from him letting me know it was dropped down to 14 over and the fine was $205, payable online, and there was no additional SuperSpeeder charge or fine.
Understand that any lawyer can get something dropped or reduced from time to time. But can all of them turn three turds into three golden eggs?

After being arrested for domestic violence and criminal trespass, the prosecution wanted to give me a hard sentence. I was facing possible jail time, a year probation, community services and fines. Brad Reed fought for me. He represented me in court several times with the prosecution not wanting to lighten my sentence. He proved to the court this was all one big misunderstanding and that I did not deserve this type of sentence. He convinced the court to settle for counseling and anger management for me. Brad even set me up with a great counselor. I fulfilled this request and this week the prosecutor agreed to dismiss all charges. Thanks to Brad Reed I have no criminal record. He fought hard and he would not settle for anything less than a dismissal.
