Brad and Shawn are superstars

Brad and Shawn are awesome, they put me at ease from the very beginning of what for me at the time was a very traumatic experience. This was my first offense and Brad suggested trying to get me on the Pre Trial Diversion program. This was the best option for me and it worked out great. I myself am ...not originally from this great land so I had some Immigration concerns, Brad once again put my fears to rest and pointer me in the direction of some of his immigration lawyer contact as this is not an area of hie expertise. After both he and I hand consulted with the other lawyer at no extra cost to me i might add, Brad spoke directly with the DA about my plea. Thanks to the offices of Benjamin Bradly Reed and his amazing staff, my life is back on track and headed in the right direction. Thank you Brad And Shawn, thank you so much.

Outstanding

Brad and his paralegal, Shawn, are nothing short of amazing. It was a tough road for myself and my child however with their experience and compassion we made it through. Shawn was extraordinarily helpful and patient when dealing with my concerns and fears and Brad with his knowledge and experience ...shepherded us through the legal system with no problem. If you're in need of a defense attorney you must reach out to Brad and Shawn.

Great attorney

Mr. Reed is an experienced attorney who helped me with my criminal case and assisted me with the process of starting a new chapter in my life. Due to his representation I was able to obtain a less serious sentence and understand my charges.

Best lawyer in Cherokee county!

I could go on about how nice he is and how responsive he is to my needs. But, in the end, you probably are asking the same question everyone asks, "What do he get you out of?" or "How much can he get it reduced?" Because honestly we are here (whether we are guilty or not) to get our fines reduced and... keep our privileges. The first case that I used Mr. Reed he was hired as a court appointed attorney. The case was a Violation of Probation with 11 or 30 days served, 7 months probation and $800 remaining. On my court date, at the stand I didnt say a single word and Mr. Reed at most spoke 4 sentences. My case was dismissed for time served (11 days) and i was released later that day off of probation and no fines remaining. :) The second case I actually hired Mr. Reed for a No Insurance ticket. This would have been my third 'no insurance' offense. I went to my arraignment day prior to hiring him. They wanted to suspend my license for 3 months and charge me $745 (Holly Springs) for the ticket. I asked for a jury trial to extend my time and get it bumped down to State Court. I then called Mr. Reed to save the day! After emailing Mr. Reed some required documents, we waited for the court date. At court I sat and waited for role call. When they called my name, Mr. Reed asked to talk to the prosecutor before the trial. He then went and talked for a minute or two and then proceeded to walk to the door and nodded for me to follow. Once we were out the door he told me that the case was dismissed and I was able to head home. On my last case, I had a SuperSpeeder of 23 over. I did not get to witness any of his magic in person this time, just a phone call from him letting me know it was dropped down to 14 over and the fine was $205, payable online, and there was no additional SuperSpeeder charge or fine. Understand that any lawyer can get something dropped or reduced from time to time. But can all of them turn three turds into three golden eggs?
