My son hired Caryn for a nasty divorce he is going through which involves false accusations and alienation from his children. Caryn has worked 24/7 to prove these accusations were false and help get visitation re-established as the divorce issues are being worked through. Caryn is extremely focused, not only on the case but on her clients as well. She has provided support in numerous ways such as follow up calls, emails, reading materials, etc. to help my son to understand and cope with this whole process. Caryn's commitment to her client is unsurpassed and on a level I have not seen before from others in her profession.

A few attributes one should seek in a lawyer are experience, sensativity and good communication. All of which I found in Caryn Fennel and Lee Fitzpatrick. Their extensive experience in family law proved invaluable to the success of my lawsuit. I was also greatful for the empathy I was shown during such a stressful time in my life. From start to finish, I was kept informed and was walked step-by-step through how the trial would proceed. It is because of the quality of service provided that I was recommended to Caryn Fennel and why I will also recommend her.

I hired Caryn after having another lawyer not really understand how to really handle my case and making things worse. This cost me a lot more money to have Caryn and her wonderful staff fix all the problems that my first lawyer either missed or created because he did not know how to handle alientation and false criminal charges. I cannot say enough for Caryn’s commitment to solving my case. She and her staff have worked tirelessly and have saved my children from a certain life of abuse if they stayed with their mom. It has been a devastating experience but Caryn and kelly made me feel safe for the first time. When they say they know what they are doing they mean it. They are probably the only firm in the Cherokee area that really knows how to deal with parental alientation and I would NOT HESITATE to tell anyone to hire them no matter what. It will save you money and heartache in the long run. Don’t make the mistake I made by hiring someone else first.

I got to know Ms. Fennell in law school. She was a top notch student and is an excellent attorney from everything I've been able to read about and hear from colleagues. I endorse Ms. Fennell as a zealous advocate for her clients.
