I would put no stars if possible. Michael was supposed to represent my son in his divorce. He talked a very good game when we hired him. And oh were we mislead. $5k for nothing. He did not fight for him at all! He would have been better off representing himself. So a little advice for everyone. Do no...

I worked with Attorney Michael Burns on a first time DUI case. This is an attorney who did not at all put up a good fight in my case. There were defenses he could have chosen to use in my case and simply did not. I constantly had to keep tabs on updates because he and his team would never reach ou...

Burns law firm is the worst of the worst. They will take your money and do nothing for your case. They will try and use the law against their own clients and will lie to anyone that listens. Bob Conner‘s is a thief. My only hope is the bar association of Georgia will handle them.

My boyfriend and I both got arrested and charged with the exact same thing. My lawyer is fighting for me and my rights. Micheal Burns Jr. did little to nothing for my boyfriend, who, at age 64 had never been arrested. A perfectly clean record in 64 years and he got sentenced 60 days in jail for a qua...

Mr. Burns exhibited professionalism, diligence and high competence in the handling of my case, which seemed challenging on the surface. He leveraged his knowledge and experience to dig deeper to strengthen our position and secure the desired result to reduce the charge and ultimately close the case. ...

"A true professional. Incredibly knowledgeable, and result driven. Highly recommended. I endorse this lawyer."
"I have known Michael as an attorney for a number of years. I have been on opposing sides of criminal cases with him when I was a prosecutor, and I have watched him represent clients in court now that I am in private practice. In all of those instances, Michael has always impressed me with both his skill as a lawyer and in his demeanor with his clients."
"Michael is a consummate professional. I worked with him in Cherokee County in many capacities and would recommend him to anyone seeking competent and thorough legal representation."

"Prospective clients should know that Michael worked in a criminal defense law firm before he'd even gone to law school. For that reason, he has knowledge, abilities, and contacts well-beyond the number of years he's been a practicing attorney. Very bright and hard-working, Michael is an excellent attorney."
"Michael and I worked with each other for years prior to becoming lawyers. He is extremely knowledgeable and fights hard for each and every one of his clients. I highly recommend him."
