Scott has been a saving grace for me in my case. He always kept me informed and went above and beyond anything that I thought he should do. He was personable and never made me feel like I was less important than anyone else. I would express in great length my fears and he was always very honest with me and didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear, but told me what I needed to hear.
Scott made me feel comfortable and that he truly cared about me, not just as a client but as a person. He never once made me question him or his ability to represent me. He has been outstanding I couldn't have been more blessed to have him by my side, being my voice and ear.
I must say I am blessed to have met Scott. I really cant imagine another attorney really caring enough to let me know he believes in me. This was not part of his job, but just a characteristic that spoke volumes about the human being and attorney he is.
Also Scott was court appointed, I say this to say that even though I was not paying him out of my pocket, he NEVER once made me feel less or that he would represent me any differently if I had paid him $10K. In fact I have attorneys for other things in my life, not criminal that I actually paid that kind of money for and I didn't' get the treatment I did from Scott.
Thank you Scott for being such a kind soul and an amazing Attorney.

Scott Poole was a lawyer that a friend suggested, and after I spoke with him I didn't care about the price. He is a man of integrity, and very honorable. Very compassionate, and very understanding. I gave him all my info and he successfully had me removed from a list. This man is very wise and I highly suggest him. I love that he was open with me and also a God fearing man.
Walter Lutes, Criminal defense Attorney

Scott Poole is one of the best legal minds in our community. His experiences as a former prosecutor have only helped his ability to successfully navigate the criminal defense side of our legal system. Together with Ross Grisham, they form a great team.
