also known as Steve Worrall, Stephen Worrall
As a sandwich generation kid himself (caring for both children and aging parents), Steve (Stephen M.) Worrall KNOWS the struggles you are facing as you raise children, balance the demands of your job, and take care of your aging parents, too! Steve helps parents of minor children plan for the unthinkable, from a parent’s perspective. Steve is an experienced wills, trusts and estate planning and elder law attorney, probate lawyer and adoption attorney at Georgia Estate Plan: Worrall Law LLC, based in Marietta, Georgia, but he serves clients throughout the State. He concentrates his practice in all areas of estate planning including wills, trusts, probate, special needs planning and guardianship, and adoption.
Steve is committed to being a different kind of lawyer and to doing things differently in his areas of practice. Steve is focused on his desire to fully serve and help his clients make the best legal and financial decisions. He also helps his client families plan to protect their assets and their children in the event of their death or incapacity, and to transfer their whole wealth – their financial, intellectual, and spiritual assets – to their loved ones.
Steve is an Atlanta native and has lived in Cobb County all of his life. He graduated with honors from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1983. He practiced in the Buckhead area of Atlanta from 1983 until 1995, when he opened his own practice in his hometown suburb in Marietta, near the Square. He moved his office to East Cobb in 2016. He is married and is a dad to three children. He is involved in his community in local business groups and local theater and arts organizations.
