At The Beck Law Firm, LLC, founded by Joel Beck, we recognize that clients need real-world solutions to their legal issues, and not legal mumbo-jumbo or answers that sound or look good, but don't really work in the real world. We provide practical legal solutions and advice to clients to help them acomplish their goals and objectives in the real world. By narrowly tailoring our practice areas and not being a legal jack-of-all-trades, Joel Beck stays abreast of recent legal developments to provide his clients with the best possible service and value for their dollar.
Prior to opening The Beck Law Firm, LLC, Joel worked as a Regional Counsel for NASD (n/k/a FINRA) in the Enforcement Department, where he litigated cases against broker-dealers and stockbrokers. Joel was designated as a Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional (CRCP) by the NASD Institute and the Wharton School of Business; he does not maintain the designation as current as he has chosen to focus his continuing education time in other areas. Previously, Joel worked as a police officer.
Joel is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Gwinnett County Bar Association and the Christian Legal Society.
