There, she practiced corporate and securities law, and was involved in complicated financial transactions, IPOs and M&A. June’s experience in New York strengthened her desire to make a genuine impact in the lives of individuals as a litigation attorney.

Day and Night

June Nephew Lynn represented me in a divorce 2014, was a silver lining on a dark cloud for which I am still grateful. She focused on my concerns and made great suggestions on issues I had with "the plantiff" regarding my children and financial matters. It was obvious she was knowledgable and she kept me informed as the case developed. I was content with the outcome and wish I had known about her before hiring the space case attorney in Buford. The Best

Cant go wrong

Divorce and custody attorney that goes above and beyond!

June is an expert in divorce and child custody litigation. Throughout the entire process of my custody battle and divorce I never doubted that she had my best interests protected. Having superior representation with compassion for all parties involved with Ms. Lynn I was not only able to survive but thrive through the most difficult time of my life. She not only was able to get me everything I needed and more to be an independent single Mom, but kept the long term picture in mind so my ex and I are able to move forward co-parenting in a respectful manner. Her genuine empathy and compassion made it easy to share all the horrible things that can happen in a marriage without feeling judged. Strong and Caring Advocate

From our initial meeting, I knew June Lynn would be a strong advocate for me in my divorce. She focused on what my goals were in the divorce, but she never forgot about the family members involved in the situation. Every decision was made with balancing the desired outcome with the future relationship of the family members. She is an excellent communicator and was always quick to return a call and provide updates as my ex continued to delay the proceedings. During the final mediation process, June had a definite strategy and was able to get me a better outcome than I had anticipated. Going through a divorce is a difficult process, but I made the right decision in selecting June Lynn to represent me.

Excellent Divorce Attorney

Divorce was very scary. I was scared about the process, I was uneducated on the process and just petrified. Luckily one of my colleagues referred me to June. June is very reliable, and knowledgeable with the entire divorce process. My divorce was contested and I am so thankful I found June. I had rental properties involved, and two small children. June was able to finalize my divorce in a record time. I thought it would have taken 7-12 months with the complexity and the actions of my ex wife but it only took approximately 4-5 months. June was able to be rational, objective and methodical in dealing with my ex wife and her attorney. June is very reasonable with her cost and does not nickel and dime you. She is understanding of all the emotions and roller coaster rides that one experiences during a divorce and boy was I emotional. June was always responsive to my emails, texts and calls. You will feel like someone is there for you as opposed to alone. I always felt safe and protected with June which is tough when you are in such a vulnerable position. I highly recommend June for any divorce. June represented me at all the hearings, she is punctual and always honest, up front and sets expectations. I always knew what was happening and knew what the hearings would be about. June knows how to deal with people and the court system. She is a good listener and has good suggestions and advice. I always trusted June. I definitely recommend June.

Gratitude

In the many things you may read or be told or be counseled on, to help you when going through a divorce- expressing gratitude will likely be close to or atop the list. American cyclist Kristin Armstrong (the real Armstrong) says: "When we focus on our gratitude, the tide of disappointment goes out and the tide of happiness rolls in". It is fitting that I have the opportunity to both review June Lynn as my attorney and express my gratitude for her guidance on Avvo because this is where I originally found her. June obviously has all of the credentials of being a fine attorney- the education, the experience and the resources. Its all there. She quickly helped me find quality counseling, we utilized a top notch investigator and also a highly regarded forensic accountant. She seemed to have all of my answers. Many lawyers will have similar skillsets, competence and resources, I'm sure of it. What you may not find elsewhere is the decency and the compassion that June possesses. I unfortunately woke up one day and found myself in a 'blindside' divorce- one I didn't see and one I didn't want. June helped me understand how to calmly navigate through an otherwise very tumultuous time. She did so with great skill and a compassion and understanding that I couldn't have done without. Excellent modification attorney

I had June Lynn as a lawyer two times in 3 years.She did my child support modifications 2 times .My ex-husband lives in another state so it is a long process.She is knowledgeable ,very personable and thorough . Wonderful attorney
