Best Criminal Defense Attorney in Forsyth
Mr. Savoy worked very hard on my case. He went over everything with me thoroughly. He presented me all of my options and made sure I knew exactly what each one entailed. He ended up negotiating me an amazing plea deal, avoiding jail time and even preserved my first offender. This attorney knows his stuff and isn’t going to plea you out for an easy case. If you want to fight he will fight for you.

Great Attorney and Very Professional
David worked on my son's case over several months. He was in constant contact with me regarding my son's case and was very knowledgeable and professional! Best possible outcome
Mr Savoy worked on my case for almost 2 years, and ended up getting me less than half of the original offer. He is very smart, personable, professional, and is well known in Forsyth county court. For this reason, he’s the guy to go to. He’s been doing this for many years, and it clearly shows in his work

Intelligent, Highly competence and compassionate!
I was in the DEP program for about 2 years waiting for a date to ship to Basic Military Training, then I got the date but 2 weeks to ship, I was pulled over by the cop for overspeeding - Super Speeder as the cop called it and I was asked to appear in court. The court date happens to fall to the time I will be in Basic training and there is no way the military will allow you to have a pending case and ship! The military gave me an impossible ultimatum to have this resolved or they would pull my ship date! I called David over the weekend, he responded, gave me a clear plan of action and all the possible outcomes. Midway into the process, the military kept giving me pressure and I had to call David back and forth. I will call me, text me and keep me informed of the current situation all through the way. The long story short, David delivered on time and got even a better judgment in my favor. David is a miracle worker and I cannot recommend him enough. God bless you so much sir for keeping my dreams alive.

J. Wilson 2/2019 GA Low THC
Mr. Savoy represented me when my new probation officer decided it was not ok for me to use my GA Low THC Oil that had been approved by my former probation officer and I almost got arrested. Mr. Savoy was very professional, kind, understanding, personable. He returned phone calls and stayed in communication with me through this very difficult process the entire time. He was successful and got my GA Low THC Oil approved for me to be able to use once again. I am very pleased and thankful for Mr. Savoy and the services that he provides.

Changed my life
Mr Savoy is the most professional and helpful attorney that I have ever met. He was given near impossible odds that i had stacked against me and somehow managed to get the best possible outcome. Mr Savoy made possible conditions in my case that have changed my life in a positive way and for the rest of my life. Under his guidance and advice, i was able get clean from drugs and did not have to go to prison, which was almost a certianty based on my criminal history. He's on your side as a defendant. Abd does what he says he is going to do when he says he will do it. This is my laywer from now on for anything legal needs that may ever arise.

Facing charges that held 20+ years in custody if found guilty David took my case without hesitation. David kept in constant contact over the 2 year period and ultimately got the case resolved in a satisfactory manner. Trustworthy and Friendly
Was charged with a speeding ticket going 84 mph in a 55 mph zone, court appearance demanded. Mr. Savoy, helped explaining all the options, he is very approachable and has an awesome attitude, he worked with me in solving the issue. I would highly recommend him for traffic violations or any legal needs. Most important thing that he is very honest and delivers what he promises.

I was introduced to David though a family member who assured he would be able to help with my matter. From our initial consultation David was very clear about all of the potential outcomes I was looking at and was very sincere in his approach. He was quick to respond to my emails and made sure to remind me that I could call/email him whenever I had questions or concerns regarding my case. He sent me communications whenever we had a new court date and when they received the initial discovery and supplemental reports. David listened to me when I had concerns and explained in detail how he would build my defense to increase my odds of a favorable outcome. When it finally came the day for the judge to see my case David had planned out my defense impeccably and as a result I faced the minimum penalties possible in my matter. David was extremely professional and I will recommend him to anyone I know who needs legal advice or counsel.

Helpful, understanding, professional
David is a great lawyer. He is understanding, easy to work with and never beats around the bush. This was extremely helpful to me as the DUI I received was my very first run in with the law, ever. I had absolutely no idea what I needed to do, what my charges meant or how to move forward and start to get my life back on the right track. He explained everything very clearly and didn't try to cushion the blow of what the inevitable punishment could or would be. I was going through one of the most difficult times of my life so far while working with Mr. Savoy and he was always there to answer the peppering of constant questions I had, putting me more at ease. He is a very understanding person and shows it through his work. He was forgiving to me when I was forgetful distracted or stressed out and overdramatic. I would most definitely recommend him to others. Though I hope to never need his help again in the future, I feel that the experience I had working with Mr. Savoy was a good one.
