Mindy Rose Smith

Terrible communication. I hired this attorney July of last year, explained situation, sent all documents and payment. I was told paperwork would be filed with the court the following week. Still, to this day, I have no clue if the paperwork was filed because for whatever reason I never received any c...orrespondence from Ms. Smith. I have called and was told several times I would receive a call back within 24-48 hours each time. Still waiting on a call back or email.

It's hard to think of enough positive adjectives to truly describe Mindy. However, hard working, intelligent, quick thinking, creative, trustworthy, and professional immediately come to mind. The opposing attorney seemed to have a lot of respect for her as well.
