Mitchell (Mitch) McKinney is a former Assistant District Attorney (ADA) and Assistant Solicitor General with more than seven years of prosecutorial experience in the state of Georgia. In addition to his prior experience as a prosecutor, Mr. McKinney also served for three years as Assistant County Attorney for Forsyth County, Georgia where he was also the Magistrate Court of Forsyth County, Georgia prosecutor. His current practice includes specialty in criminal defense of all persons, family law, personal injury cases, and other litigation matters. Mr. McKinney practices throughout the metro Atlanta area and across North Georgia, and is committed to respectful, yet assertive, representation on behalf of his clients.
