I believe in right and wrong.  I believe in gray areas, but would argue that what is right and what feels right are less often the difficult decisions that many others think they are.  I believe that my particular disclipline is different from that of others in that my cases are not simply my work.  My cases are all very important to my clients, and they are important to me.  I cannot leave my work at the door of my office when I eventually leave at night.  In almost every case, my clients' freedom is at stake.  If not their freedom, then it is compensation for a grave wrongdoing that has cost them emotionally, physically, and financially. 

 

These are responsibilities I do not take lightly, by any means.  In fact, I accept these responsibilities in light of the opportunities that they bring to right wrongs.  My job offers me the ability and the opportunity to bring justice to my clients who are in dire need of it.  This is an honor that I enjoy everyday when I wake up.  I represent people.  In every single case I work on, there is a person whose life will change for the better or worse depending on the outcome.  I never lose sight of this.  When the day comes that I do, that will very well be the last day I practice law.

Excellent Attorney!
Dan helped me with a case in GA and I am a resident of another state. He did an outstanding job and I could not recommend him more. He is professional but personable and really knows the law. Best lawyer in the southeast.
Mr. Dewoskin is very professional, Very knowlegable and goes out of his way to help his clients. My first time speaking with him , he took time to talk with after hours at his home. Impeccable Experience!
I hired Dan DeWoskin in January 2016 after getting into an auto accident the previous November, right before the Thanksgiving holidays. From the start Dan was personable and thorough with my case. It was a lengthy process, due to no fault of their own, but he got the job done! I was thoroughly prepped for court which made the court process so much easier to deal with. Dan and his staff were all very professional, supportive and most of all patient with me and my various questions/scenarios. I would highly recommend them!

A Good Attorney
I contacted Attorney Dewoskin's office in April 2017, to have a consult with him about a legal matter that I was facing. After the phone call I was impressed with the conversation. I then visited the office to get a better perception of how I would be represented and met with his assistant Michelle. I was also impressed with her. I ended up hiring him as my Attorney and was very pleased with how he handled my case. He and his staff were always very professional and friendly towards me. Anytime I called the office and had to leave a message, Attorney Dewoskin and/or his staff were very responsive in always returning my calls in a timely manner and would patiently answer any questions I had about my case, and I had many. He was knowledegeable and didn't seem to mind going that extra mile for me as his client. I'm glad I chose him to represent me as I was very happy with the outcome. Dan represented me in two separate cases, a judgement against me and a suit filed by a debt collector. Both cases were resolved to my satisfaction. Dan explained my options, indicated the risks and benefits of various courses of action, and, though he offered advice, always made clear that he was prepared to litigate or settle depending on my preference. I followed his advice and have no regrets. He and his team were conscientious in keeping me informed of developments and unfailingly both frank and courteous. I would not hesitate to retain Dan’s services in the future.

Better thanexpected resolution
Dan was straightforward in the expectations for my debt resolution case a couple of years ago. He and his staff were extremely patient and helpful and made themselves available to discuss the case. Dan even called me after hours several times. I was even able to contact him after the final resolution to get answers to questions I had. I am very thankful I chose Dan to represent me.
