Strongly Recommend
My husband and I worked with Jimmy Hurt when we were the victims of fraud. He spent so much time with us, researching our case and procuring expert witnesses. Jimmy was easy to reach when we had any questions or concerns. I would strongly recommend Jimmy and his staff.

Professional and Prompt
No one is happy when they are in need of legal advise, but every time I need an attorney Mr. Hurt has been prompt and professional. He has always directed me in the best direction as to my personal needs. His friendly staff are always ready to lend a helping hand. He will get you the help you need even if he is not the right person for your case. Mr. Hurt is honest and I will never call any one but him for any legal matters.

My first call for legal advice
Jimmy Hurt has never disappointed me with his advice or service when I have needed.him. I have advised several friends to seek his counsel through the years and all have been completely happy with Jimmy's attention to their situations. When the situations have fallen outside of His particular areas of expertise, Jimmy has always directed us to the appropriate place for help. He is extremely easy to talk to and is very effective in helping you to understand your options. I call Jimmy first and so should you!

Please consider James Hurt for your legal needs
I was referred to Mr. Hurt by attorney Chapman. He assisted me with great skill, compassion and accessibility. I was in a jam and needed his help right away with a consumer law issue and he responded immediately. The care and resourceful and attentiveness that he displayed and gave to my legal needs are incomparable. I have dealt with attorneys in the past as a Realtor and as one in need for other weighted matters and I can tell you, James Hurt is one to be considered and kept as a resource for life. Consumer suit against bank
Hired Mr. Hurt to pursue a consumer claim against a major national bank. Was very pleased with the way he conducted the litigation, not only in his preparation, but his professional and cordial relationship he had with defense counsel, that ultimately led to an amicable resolution to the case.
