Andrew has been recognized by his peers and Georgia judges for advocacy in the courtroom. Â Andrew has obtained an AV Preeminent rating from Martinadale Hubbell, the highest rating any lawyer may receive, and has been recognized as a "Super Lawyer Rising Star", an award only 2.5% of the Georgia Bar may be awarded. Andrew R. Lynch discovered his calling as an attorney while attending the University of Georgia. Durring his senior year of college, a close family member was investigated, arrested, and convicted of a felony drug charge. Andrew witnessed firsthand the effect dealing wiht the courts can have on people and their families. This experience inspired him to pursue his legal education at Georgia State University College of Law.

Andrew graduated cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law with overall academic honors and top honors in litigation and criminal procedure. Additionally, Andrew was recognized with highest distinction for his contribution to pro bono legal work. Â

Immediately after graduating from law school, Andrew began working as an attorney at the Dekalb County Public Defender's Office. He has been admitted to practice in all levels of Georgia's courts including: the Georgia Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Superior Court, State Court, Magistrate Court, and Municipal Court.     Â

Before founding his law firn Andrew gained extensive trial experience. Andrew has represented people accused of a wide array of crimes.  Andrew is also an accomplished personal injury trial attorney.  Andrew has handled all types of injury cases, including  multi million dollar civil personal injury jury trials to presuit negoitions to avoid trial. Â

Andrew knows not every case goes to trial. Andrew has also handled hundreds of pre-trial motions and hearings and pretrial negotiations.

Andrew is a member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (GACDL) and serves on GACDL's Educational Services Committee.  Andrew is also a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA).  Andrew is a graduate of the Bill Daniel's Trial Advocacy Program. This program is limited to only thirty students and provides intensive training in enhanced trial techniques.

Andrew knows not every case goes to trial but he believes every case should be prepared for trial. This preparation is what gives Andrew the knowledge and power to pursue the pre-trial resolutions his clients desire and enables him to take cases to a jury whenever it becomes necessary.Â
