Very Professional

I am another happy former client. My situation was handled very quickly and professionally. Bankruptcy isn't an easy thing for anyone to go through, but she made the process so seamless. I am so grateful to have found Ms. McDuffie.

Grateful

I called Shannon with questions about filing Chapter 7 probably six months before actually hiring her. She spent no less than a half hour on the phone with me, allowing me to ask questions and responding with loads of valuable information I had no idea I needed. After hiring her, I was always amazed ...with how knowledgeable, professional and timely she was with absolutely everything involved in my case. I am also very grateful for the professional guidance she provided me on matters that overlapped into other legal areas. She made a very difficult and overwhelming time manageable for me and always made me feel like my questions or concerns really matter. I highly recommend her.

I dont know much about lawyers or bankruptcy but...

...I do know that Shannon is excellent at her job. I came into her office with my wife and two kids and she didn't make us feel out of place at all, answered all my questions in the office, on the phone, and in emails. If there was a time i didn't know what to do its because i totally forgot and sh...e reminded me within the day. I felt a lot more confident with Shannon there at the case too. One lady went without a lawyer and found out she forgot things and had to come back NEXT MONTH. Not me. Very positive experience for a bankruptcy.

Excellent Lawyer

After hiring Ms. McDuffie she performed an unbelievable job that resulted in providing me the results I wanted. I am forever grateful for her services and providing me a new start in life. I've hired a lot of attorneys in my lifetime, but she is by far the most intelligent, understanding, and willing... to answer every question you may have with no hesitation. If you are contemplating hiring Ms. McDuffie let me be the first to tell you she is worth it.

Great Bankruptcy Lawyer

Ms. McDuffie is an excellent lawyer. I spoke with her about bankruptcy and hired her to file and oversee my case, She is extremely thorough and very professional. I could not ask for a better lawyer.
