I cannot express my gratitude enough for Attorney Barry's assistance in my case. I had multiple allegations filed against me. The first thing I did was hire an attorney (not Attorney Barry) who helped assist me with answering questions from the IO. My former attorney did the bare minimum amount of wo...rk and relied heavily on me to do most of the work myself. Their work was sloppy at best. As a result, the IO substantiated every single allegation and recommended a GOMOR and relief of command. I thought my 20+ year career was over. At this point, I retained a new attorney (Attorney Barry). After our initial call, I was kicking myself that I hadn't used him earlier. He found many deficiencies in the IO's investigation which highlighted the investigation was flawed. Additionally, he reached out to witnesses that the IO failed to speak with, who provided new information which corroborated everything I said and contradicted the allegations, as well as the IO's findings. As a result, the allegations were dropped and I was placed back in command. Attorney Barry had my back throughout the process. He was always a phone call away to hear me vent and let me know, candidly with no BS, what was going to happen. If it weren't for him, I have no doubt I would be putting in my retirement paperwork right about now. Instead, I may continue on with my career with no impediment.
