Attorney Matthew Barry is a former JAG Officer and retired Army Major who practices military law worldwide and Title IX Defense in North Carolina. This includes legal representation for the following matters: courts-martial, separation boards, investigations, nonjudicial punishment, GOMORs, letters of reprimand, ROTC disenrollments, West Point cases, flying evaluation boards, security clearance revocations, force reduction boards, QMP Boards, property loss investigations, evaluation responses/appeals, discharge upgrades, records corrections, and Title IX Defense. He served in the Army for 11 years and is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and the University of Texas School of Law.

For discharge upgrades stop looking this is your answer.
I had tried 2 times for a discharge upgrade and was denied. Matt Barrys' office was really patient, and communicative. Well as communicative as the US Govt. is anyway.
