I was faced with elimination from the Army following a prolonged investigation into allegations of fraternization, consuming alcohol during the duty day, and attempting to interfere with the investigation. With Attorney Barry there to support and represent me throughout this process, I was retained f...or future service and all but one of the allegations were unsubstantied. Despite how prolonged this process was, Attorney Barry was always there with a positive attitude that left me with the confidence that we would be successful at the board. Even during the board itself, this confidence never wavered. Attorney Barry’s attention to detail, knowledge, and expertise was amazing to watch in action; going so far as to point out inconsistency with witness testimony, alternative views, and even inconsistency and issues with the investigation itself.
