Attorney Matthew Barry is a former JAG Officer and retired Army Major who practices military law worldwide and Title IX Defense in North Carolina. This includes legal representation for the following matters: courts-martial, separation boards, investigations, nonjudicial punishment, GOMORs, letters of reprimand, ROTC disenrollments, West Point cases, flying evaluation boards, security clearance revocations, force reduction boards, QMP Boards, property loss investigations, evaluation responses/appeals, discharge upgrades, records corrections, and Title IX Defense. He served in the Army for 11 years and is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and the University of Texas School of Law.

1LT Separation
I had a UCMJ separation due to a DUI case. Mr. Barry was very communicative and effective throughout the entire process, so much so, that I was retained in the Army even though my unit wanted to separate me. I would 100% recommend him to anyone in this situation.
