My son made more than a few bad decisions in his first year of college, and we were worried his future might be ruined. I hired Mr. Davenport a year ago for a DWI arrest. He went through my case and reviewed the officer's notes with me, gave me advice on how to prepare for court, and kept me updated. I'm a father of a son that was negligently charged with DUI, based on a "bogus" breathalyzer test by Officer Hill.. He never showed my son the results of breathalyzer. My son said Hill was more interested in expiditng process and getting him to Hospital for BAC. Wish I had taken pictures of my sons ...arm, bruised and bloody, where Hospital folks had "missed vein" drawing blood. Short and long of it was that BAC came back at .06, yes, BAC .06.
