Suspended license charges
The best attorney ever!!! Had a lot of driving with suspended license charges... I never had to step into a court room. He handled everything and wasn't very expensive. I ended up getting my license back and had no points on my driving record. Without him I would have probably had to do a lot of jail...

Court of Appeals reversed, ruling that a driver who crosses painted lines at an intersection has violated a "traffic control device" and this constitutes reasonable suspicion to justify a stop.
State of North Carolina v. John Narron
