Well Worth The Money!!!

I was recently charged with Assault Inflicting Serious Injury. After meeting with Mr. Fitzpatrick, I immediately felt comfortable with my situation and knew that I was in good hands. Mr. Fitzpatrick was able to get my charges dismissed before my second court date and I am now in the process of getting them expunged from my record. I would highly recommend him to anyone charged with a criminal offense!!

I Fully Trust Michael to Represent My Son Well - Part 2

After working on my son's behalf to defer his prosecution for 5 months, his charges have now been dismissed, as Michael had assured us. We have continued to trust his advice and efforts, while he has appeared in court on my son's behalf without my son having to be present, since we live out-of-state.

I Fully Trust Michael to Represent My Son Well

Mr. Fitzpatrick is currently handling my son’s combined civil / misdemeanor criminal matter. Since this is the first time we have ever been in such a situation, he has been very responsive and considerate in answering our questions and concerns regarding the process. He is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. When my son returned to NC to surrender to an arrest warrant, Mr. Fitzpatrick smoothed the way so that the process was quick and as stressless as possible for my son. I fully trusted him to appear on my son’s behalf at court hearings, since we live a distance from NC. During the most recent hearing, Mr. Fitzpatrick secured a deferred prosecution to a later date at which time we anticipate that, with Mr. Fitzpatrick’s representation, the charges will be dismissed and my son’s record can be expunged.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Mike. He is very knowledgeable and easy to speak to. He is currently handling a case of mine. From the very beginning, he has made me feel comfortable that I have someone doing their best job for my defense. He even did my girlfriend and I a favor and took care of a traffic violation issue that she had. Great Lawyer, Great Guy - Ticket Dismissed

I had recently retained Mr. Fitzpatrick as my lawyer for a drinking ticket, and I definitely made the right choice. It was my first experience with a lawyer, so Mr. Fitzpatrick made sure that I knew exactly what was going on and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He was always available when I had any questions, and was just an all-around great guy. Mr. Fitzpatrick was able to get my ticket dismissed, so it was definitely money well-spent and I would recommend him to anyone.

Satisfied Parents

Mr. Fitzpatrick represented our son regarding his felony drugs charges. He was able to find errors that were committed during the investigation and was eventually able to get our son's charges dismissed.

purchasing a stolen firearm

Hello everyone. I would like to say I highly recommend this guy. I honestly don't know much about the system. Never been in any real trouble other then random speeding tickets until recently. FELONY CHARGE. I was definitely upset with myself the first and last mistake. The first lawyer I had for my case didn't seem interested at all. I felt more afraid and concerned that I wouldn't get off, even tho I honestly didn't do anything to begin with. MR. Fitzpatrick was my second choice the office was well organized and his secretary was extremely friendly and made me feel right at home. Shortly after Fitzpatrick arrived introduced himself he immediately listen and took charge. pulled out the pen in pad and begin working on my case. its like I knew this man had my back full throttle. I automatically felt I made the correct choice. He cleared my name and got my case dropped less then a week. I was relieved I couldn't thank him enough ...must say his services dont come cheap, but hey its well worth every penny in the end.. Thanks Again!!

Helpful and reliable!

Mr. Fitzpatrick and his staff were extremely helpful when they helped me with a minor criminal charge last year. Since I'm in college, I really didn't know much about the court system, but he helped me understand the process. Not only did he get my charge dropped, but he also helped me get it off my record. I would definitely tell my friends to use Mr. Fitzpatrick if they ever get into trouble!
