Another Attorney recommended Frank Harper to handle a drug possession case for my son. I was immediately put at ease by Mr. Harper's directness, explanations of the process and his desire to help point my son in the right direction once the case was resolved. I was impressed with his knowledge and experience. After the initial consultation, he gave me a time frame of when he would visit my son and speak to him about the case. Mr. Harper called me the same day he saw my son to let me know (with my son's permission) what the next steps would be and what different outcomes to expect. His fees were very reasonable. While Mr. Harper could have charged more to go to trial, he put his clients bast interests first and was able to resolve the case by working out a plea deal with the DA. During this process, there were 2 or 3 times when I had questions and left messages for Mr. Harper. I always received a call back within 24 hours. If he did not know an answer, he was honest and would call me back with the information (Ex: the arresting Deputy needed to be contacted for the details). Mr. Harper also spoke with me about rehab options once the case was resolved. All in all, I highly recommend Frank Harper. It was a tough experience but once I hired Mr. Harper, I had a sense of relief that someone was handling my son's case with integrity and experience.
