Hired Mr. Davenport for my case and couldn't be happier. He was highly professional and courteous. I understand it is his job to not only treat his clients with respect, but also make them feel he truly cares. Everytime I interacted with him, his actions were genuine and polite. He is probably one of... the nicest people I have ever met. His character is top notch and so are his skills as a lawyer. He was able to get my case dismissed and all charges dropped. He knows his craft and is a master at it. He comes highly recommended on my behalf. My only negative comment is that I hate that I had to meet him on bad terms. What an outstanding lawyer. I used his services for my DUI case and had an unbelievable experience. He knows both sides of cases and how to best proceed with any case being that he was also at one time on the prosecuting side. He got all the charges against me dismissed even when the prosecutor tried... to play hard ball with him. I could not have asked for better representation and a better outcome. I live in Charlotte, NC. So I needed a lawyer to help me with my case in Pitt County as it was hard to commute back and forth. Mr. Davenport took my case I never even had to show up to court and he got my charge dismissed in a fast timely fashion than I ever expected. WITH a fairly REASONABLE price....
