An Attorney Dedicated To The Community
Attorney Rebekah Morrison was born and raised in Madison, North Carolina and knows the Triad well.
She earned her bachelor’s degree at the Univerity of North at Carolina at Chapel Hill where she majored in Peace, War, and Defense. She graduated with honors, as well as garnering recognition for service as a Buckley Public Service Scholar.
Rebekah is proud to call herself a double Tarheel. She attended the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she wrote for the Journal of Law and Technology, was awarded for her outstanding oral advocacy, and served as a Dean's Fellow. She graduated in 2017, and was recognized for pro bono service. She was licensed to practice law in North Carolina in September 2017.
"I do think every person deserves to have someone in their corner. I find that in law and in family law, people are facing one of the most difficult times of their lives and really need help rebuilding their identity and their life after a major change.”
Rebekah finds it gratifying to advise a client on a domestic issue so they can move forward in their day-to-day life. She takes pride in communicating effectively with clients while putting legal jargon aside. She wants people to have a clear understanding of their main issues and for them to feel free to speak openly with her about their questions or concerns.
“I enjoy arguing on behalf of people before a judge, by helping them put their best foot forward in a courtroom and show the factfinder that they are more than the sum of all their parts.”
When she’s not advocating in the courtroom, you’ll probably find Rebekah reading true crime, playing tennis, planting tomatoes, dancing, or petting every animal she sees.
