Molly Brazil is an experienced North Carolina Family Law Attorney. In a recent separation agreement case, after negotiations became emotionally charged, the parties began to feel like they were too far apart to reach an agreement. Molly was able to bring opposing counsel back to a place of common ground and was able to show the parties were closer in their positions than it seemed. She convinced both the mother and the Court that a lower child support amount was still perfectly sufficient. Molly was born and raised in Asheville, North Carolina. Unwilling to part from the North Carolina mountains, she attended undergrad at Appalachian State in Boone North Carolina. Molly went on to earn her Law Degree from Elon University School of Law where she was honored by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers North Carolina Chapter with an award recognizing her for leadership and excellence in the advancement of Family Law. Molly is continuously inspired by her clients and gets immense satisfaction from seeing them gather their courage and leave sometimes horrendous situations.
