Mr. Culbertson is an amazing person and a fantastic lawyer

I was in an impossible situation I was being sued for custody I hired mr. Culbertson and a very reasonable price within six months I have custody full custody of my three-year-old Mr kollwitz in was extremely full white he is incredibly smart and his entire firm is absolutely amazing I am forever grateful for the work that they had done and if I ever need a lawyer for anything else he's the one. I've never met a lawyer with such compassion, hiring him was the best move I ever made in my 36 years of living. He did the impossible for me. Treated me with respect and dignity, and I'd recommend him to anyone.

Civil Matter Resolved

There are details on my case that I will not discuss, but I will say that Culbertson & Associates did a great job on my civil matter. The time spent and commitment to my case was unbelievable. Before I had Culbertson to represent me the other lawyers I had didn't have my best interest and wanted me to sign and agree to things that I didn't agree with. Culbertson was very understanding and knows the laws very very well. His Associates in the office are very good as well and work just as hard as he does to get the job done. Criminal Defense

I hired Krispen to defend a false criminal allegation against me. He worked behind the scenes to convince the arresting officer it was false and to drop the charge. Amazingly, the officer wouldn't let it go. So, we proceeded to trial where the case was dismissed. I appreciate his efforts leading up to and including the trial. And I feel the legal fees were very reasonable. I have retained Krispen to have the charge expunged.

Highly Reccomended

Mr. Culbertson handled several traffic matters on my behalf. He went to another county in NC. He was able to resolve 3 out of 4 matters and had the 4th matter reduced to a non moving violation. By doing so he saved me a significant amount of money in fines as well as keeping my driving record from accumulating points and raising my insurance rates. He is effective and responsive. Mr Krispen Culberston was always available to speak to me and took the time to answer my questions. He even made the time to speak to me after normal office hours. I would highly recommend him for your legal needs.

Just Hire Him

Lots of lawyers can say they will do a good job, Kris PROVED he does a good job. A key element in my case was patience. He kept cool when I was frustrated at the system and the delays of the court system. In the end both felony charges were DISMISSED against me. I highly recommend you utilize his office. If nothing else come in for a consultation I doubt you will leave without hiring him.

Could not have asked for a better attorney

Mr. Culbertson is an excellent attorney. He handled my case with wisdom and discretion and kept me informed of my options throughout the process. It was a complicated case dealing with internet defamation, and Mr. Culbertson was extremely knowledgeable about the issue and what needed to be done to counteract the erroneous claims that were circulating.
