The Fearless Prepared Attorney You Want at Your Side
Savannah Williamson was born and raised in Troy, Alabama. Savannah received her bachelor’s degree at Auburn University where she majored in Political Science. (War Eagle!) While in undergrad, Savannah worked with a group of international law firms in Madrid, Spain, analyzing civil and common law issues through case studies. While abroad, Savannah found her passion for the field of law and how the law touches every individual in its own unique way. Savannah then went on to pursue her Juris Doctor degree at Elon University School of Law. While at Elon, Savannah served on the Moot Court Board, the Elon Law Tax Clinic, and the Innocence Project. Savannah graduated from Elon School of Law Cum Laude, in the top 15% of her class.
Before joining Dummit Fradin, Ms. Williamson had the distinct honor of completing her residency with the Honorable Hunter Murphy of the North Carolina Court of Appeals, where she assisted in drafting bench briefs for criminal, civil, and family law issues. Savannah then joined the domestic team at Dummit Fradin to follow her passion for family law. She quickly became the front line on a number of cases, jumping on the phone to collect evidence and interview witnesses. She effectively helps clients organize events into timelines and identify helpful text messages and financial statements.
Savannah enjoys working on complex property division cases and high-conflict custody actions. Although she has a fearless approach to litigation, she has also been a crucial part of major settlements in the mediation process. Ms. Williamson is approachable and in tune to her clients’ needs, so much so that prior clients reach out to say hello. She is truly helps shoulder the stress during the troubling times of those dealing with a family law case.
Ms. Williamson will work tirelessly to be sure each of her clients experiences the highest quality representation. If a successful settlement is possible, she’ll help you to avoid the headache of litigation. But if trial is necessary, she’ll be the most prepared attorney in the courtroom.
