I hired Hilary Hux to provide legal services for me during an ongoing child custody dispute. At first everything was good for the first trial and I got custody of my son. However once the plaintiff's lawyers began filing motions, Hilary Hux and Sam Viscuso dropped the ball. She got pregnant and left my case in the hands of a junior lawyer who mishandled my case filings and never communicated with me properly what was happening in my case. Then when she returned from maternity leave and realized she wasn't prepared to try my case she withdrew without giving me proper notice leaving me to go to court without legal representation even though she was my lawyer on record which caused an adverse outcome in my case.
