As a social worker, she worked directly with homeless individuals and families affected by mental health issues or drug and alcohol abuse.

So, she decided to pursue a law degree from Elon University School of Law. She was drawn to the practice area of family law because she felt she could truly make a difference in someone’s life.
While in law school, she interned with attorney Jessica Culver where she got an in-depth look at the field of family law. Now, as a family law attorney herself, she looks forward to using her skills and experience to guide those going through difficult family law matters.
