Family dispute over personal property

Mr. Tyree and his staff was professional and curtious from beginning to end. I had a dispute over a family heirloom. Mr. Tyree was confident that it would not need to go to trial, he had the dispute settled and finalized in a short amount of time. Mr. Tyree also assisted in finding movers for me to h...ave the heirloom moved. I am thankful for Mr. Tyree and his staff for a job well done, that was handled with tact and care.

Excellent service

Mr. Tyree's legal expertise has protected me and my rights regarding a contract dispute. Ben Tyree from Chip Tompkins

Ben represented me against Allstate Insurance. We sued for medical costs, lost wages and pain and suffering following an auto accident where the other driver ran a stop light at 50 mph and hit me broadside. I suffered a herniated disc and nerve damage to my right arm. Ben was most helpful, kept me in...formed of all my options each step of the way. We are now waiting for a final settlement number from the insurance company.

Thorough and Helpful

Business Formation

I hired Ben to assist me with the formation of an LLC. Since I had a minority partner on this deal he also advised us and created a purchase agreement. From start to finish Ben was responsive and attentive to all of our questions. Additionally, Ben has also helped my current business with collections... and day to day business advising. Ben has been great for my businesses and I would recommend any of the services he offers.
