Speeding ticket

Ms. Pendleton handle my case very professional. I didn't have to do anything she took over my case and everything that she said would happen was done. I was keep informed about my case.

Excellent Representation

After receiving a speeding ticket in VA I, like most people, was going to just pay the fine and forget about it, however I was shocked to find that this charge was actually categorized as a "Misdemeanor". After doing some online research I decided to contact Ms. Pendleton's firm for representatio...n. Within minutes I was told what needed to be done and how to go about doing it. The fee was very reasonable and the entire process went very smoothly. Thank you Ms. Pendleton & Associates.

Excellent Work

Ms. Pendleton did a great job. She handled my case in a timely fashion and with great success. She and her team provided timely updates on my case and kept me informed on what our progress was. She got my ticket reduced and helped me avoid getting any points on my driving record.

I would recommend

Christina and her firm did a great job on my case. I was originally charged with reckless driving 82/70 in Emporia. I contacted Christina via email and got a response within an hour. Christina stayed in touch with me throughout entire process and I did not have to appear in court. She got my char...ge reduced to a non-moving violation and I only had to pay a fine and court costs. Her fee was very reasonable and I would definitely use her again if needed.

Great Experience

I was issued a speeding ticket for going 10 MPH over the posted speed limit in Virginia (which I dispute, but what can you do). Based on other reviews and a mailing I received, I decided to let the Christina Pendleton law firm handle my case as I live out of state and over three hours away from the c...ourthouse. I contacted the firm via email and received an email response the following day. Over the course of four emails, I exchanged the details of the case and my driving record. One phone call was required to provide credit card information for the low, fixed fee that was listed in the mailing. I definitely appreciated the no-hassle part of that transaction. In the end, Christina Pendleton was able to have my charge reduced to "defective equipment", a non-moving violation that caries no points. One thing to note which was mentioned in their email: there will be very little communication between the firm and the client once they have all of the details, so don't expect daily or weekly updates which simply aren't needed. If you want to verify your representation, look up your case on the court's website and you'll see the firm listed. Overall, I'm very pleased with this firm and I would highly recommend them to others.
