Exceptional experience during a hard time

Amazing Attorney equipped with great knowledge of Law and dedication to his client

Mr.Haun and his practice represented me on a class 5 felony possession charge. I was not easy to deal with due to all my anxiety and worry about the potential outcome of my case. Mr.Haun and his associates stood by me the entire time ! Due to his knowledge and hard work my conviction is deferred for disposition . Once I comply with the 6mth probation , ASAP, and 24hrs. of community service this charge will just a bump in the road ! I would recommend Mr.Haun to anyone who needs representation . He is worth every penny!!

I graduated from the University of Tennessee School of Law. After law school I began my legal career with the employment law defense firm of Wimberly Lawson Seale Wright & Daves, PLLC, upon admission to the Tennessee bar in December of 1997. My experience with the Wimberly law firm provided me with extensive experience in assisting my clients to navigate the extensive regulatory and statutory schemes that confront employers of all sizes on a daily basis. My representation included assisting clients with internal audits and investigations to employment litigation. In 2003, I returned to the Shenandoah Valley and opened his own practice in which I served the needs of clients in criminal, family law, civil litigation, employment law defense, general business, and personal injury matters. In 2007, I formed the law offices of Miner, Martin & Hahn. This has allowed me to better serve my existing clients while offering a broader range of client services.

Exceptional experience during a hard time

Mr. Hahn has represented us for about 8 months as we go back and fourth to family court. He is on top of his game and very compassionate about your individual case. He never hesitates to answer any questions we may have and in a timely manner. We highly recommended him!

Student Assault & Battery defense

Mr. Hahn was able to negotiate with the Prosecutor in order to get the charge dismissed. This was for my daughter who was accused by her college roommate. He will also be assisting us to get it expunged later this year.

Helped with Contract

Mr. Hahn helped my wife and I deal with a contract that was breached. He was very helpful throughout the process. One of the things that we appreciated most was his answering our calls or promptly getting back with us. It was stressful to have to go to court but Mr. Hahn took the time to explain to us how the process worked and what to expect at each turn. While the court system is long and arduous, Mr. Hahn helped us receive a favorable judgement.

Finding a light

I consulted Mr. Hahn after going through a very difficult time with my ex and our children. After a bitter breakup, a number of legal issues arose between me and my former spouse. Mr. Hahn worked relentlessly on the matter, returning calls on the same day and even emailing me on Sundays. Considering my experiences with attorneys in the past (never able to reach, never answering questions), it was a blessing to be able to talk to my attorney on an almost daily basis. The results in my case were absolutely excellent. Hahn is worth every freaking penny.

More than an Attorney

Like most young college students, I'm ill-informed when it comes to the law. It's easy to talk down to people who are ignorant in your field of interest; however, Bob spoke to me as his equal. He explained to me everything that he planned to happen for my case. Not only is he helping me through the legal stuff, but he is also helping me through this rough period of my life. His compassion takes him beyond any regular attorney. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a lawyer.

Estate Planning Relief

Robert Hahn and his firm were quick and efficient when helping with a family will. We were guided on the laws of Virginia to insure that our explicit needs were covered. Bob Hahn listened to our needs and made us feel comfortable while educating us on the laws at the same time. In addition to office visits, he was available by email and phone and made communication easy. Hahn's staff also had the same high level of knowledge and efficiency. Estate planning is very personal and Hahn makes you feel comfortable. Hahn will be the lawyer that I use if I have needs other than Estate planning. I highly recommend Bob Hahn and his firm.

Bob Hahn is an excellent attorney!

I have been working with Bob Hahn since 1999 when I started employment at my local hospital in Tennessee. When Bob moved to Virginia, the hospital tried other local attorneys and could not find anyone that compared. Our hospital continues to do business with Bob in VA because he does an outstanding job handling our account, he is great to work with, we have good outcomes and he has our best interest at heart. Down to Earth Knowledge and Excellence

Bob has been my business and personal attorney for approximately 12 years. His knowledge is extensive and broad. He is very approachable and easy to work with.
