Biography
I graduated from the University of Tennessee School of Law. After law school I began my legal career with the employment law defense firm of Wimberly Lawson Seale Wright & Daves, PLLC, upon admission to the Tennessee bar in December of 1997. My experience with the Wimberly law firm provided me with extensive experience in assisting my clients to navigate the extensive regulatory and statutory schemes that confront employers of all sizes on a daily basis. My representation included assisting clients with internal audits and investigations to employment litigation.
In 2003, I returned to the Shenandoah Valley and opened his own practice in which I served the needs of clients in criminal, family law, civil litigation, employment law defense, general business, and personal injury matters.
In 2007, I formed the law offices of Miner, Martin & Hahn. This has allowed me to better serve my existing clients while offering a broader range of client services.

Exceptional experience during a hard time
Mr. Hahn has represented us for about 8 months as we go back and fourth to family court. He is on top of his game and very compassionate about your individual case. He never hesitates to answer any questions we may have and in a timely manner. We highly recommended him!

Student Assault & Battery defense
Mr. Hahn was able to negotiate with the Prosecutor in order to get the charge dismissed. This was for my daughter who was accused by her college roommate. He will also be assisting us to get it expunged later this year.
