Biography
I graduated from the University of Tennessee School of Law. After law school I began my legal career with the employment law defense firm of Wimberly Lawson Seale Wright & Daves, PLLC, upon admission to the Tennessee bar in December of 1997. My experience with the Wimberly law firm provided me with extensive experience in assisting my clients to navigate the extensive regulatory and statutory schemes that confront employers of all sizes on a daily basis. My representation included assisting clients with internal audits and investigations to employment litigation.
In 2003, I returned to the Shenandoah Valley and opened his own practice in which I served the needs of clients in criminal, family law, civil litigation, employment law defense, general business, and personal injury matters.
In 2007, I formed the law offices of Miner, Martin & Hahn. This has allowed me to better serve my existing clients while offering a broader range of client services.

Student Assault & Battery defense
Mr. Hahn was able to negotiate with the Prosecutor in order to get the charge dismissed. This was for my daughter who was accused by her college roommate. He will also be assisting us to get it expunged later this year.

Horrible!
I hired Robert Hahn and he never showed up to any of my court dates and would always have his assistant show up. He also promised me that my charges would get dropped because i didn't do anything. I ended up going to jail for six months and ended up with charges that i didn't even commit. It really e...

Replied last October 05, 2015I am sorry this client was not happy with the results but I can emphatically say that I pride myself in my forthrightness and I would never tell a client that their charge will be dropped - let alone make such a promise. As for my "assistants" they happen to be very experienced criminal defense attorneys - one is my law partner who was a prosecutor prior to going into private practice and one is a former prosecutor with 22 years of experience in the criminal law. Despite the person posting this post anonymously we were able to figure out who this was an I would be more than happy to discuss the terms of his sentencing in an open forum.
