I seek to serve every client like a valued friend, so that they understand not only how the legal system can help them, but also to know how the opposing side is and will try to use that system against my client. Insurance companies, corporations, prosecutors, law enforcement, family members and others all have a job or function to perform, which usually is not in my client’s best interest. Each client should know what steps must be taken, how long each is likely to take, who will have input and the risks of potential strategies. Of course, cost is a very relevant factor, which I always discuss freely. Whether negotiating or fighting in court, I will dedicate my skill and energy to help clients get the best result.
